Nicole Hōkūlani (Adres) Ebat was born in Northern CA with roots on the island of O‘ahu. “Hōkū” is the Hawaiian word for star, where HOKU CONSULTING gets its name. Through my consulting I share a unique style that blends strong business expertise with a coaching mentality.

With nearly 20 years of experience in the non-profit and corporate space managing complex programs, projects, and events while building a meaningful relational network, I thrive at the intersection of strategy and business efficiency. My background in strategic operations with a focus on learning and development has provided a solid foundation to identify growth opportunities, streamline processes, and drive meaningful change.

I live in Tacoma, WA and love our community in the beautiful PNW. I’m married to Samuel who owns a small video production company, and am in full motherhood mode with Ezekiel and Noelle.

When I’m not running my business, I enjoy dance workouts, travel, connecting with friends, and exploring the newest park or kid friendly activity.
